Over the years, the staff of AMC Septic Design & Testing Services has been proud to be a part of a number of successful construction projects involving Septic System Design, Percolation Testing, Infiltration Testing and Land Planning Services. We have been able to provide these services for residential as well as large commercial projects. Our services are provided to custom home builders, commercial construction companies, engineering firms, and private home owners. The following is a small sampling of some of the more well known projects that we have had the pleasure to work on.

Commercial & Municipal Projects:

The Field Museum

The formal front lawn of the famed natural history museum is set to get a makeover with the addition of the proposed "Rice Native Gardens". We were proud to provide Infiltration testing services so vital to planning a garden on such a grand scale.

Navy Pier Chicago

The proposed improvements to Navy Pier and adjacent Polk Bros Park will add more activities, amenities, dining and shopping to this popular downtown destination. We were pleased to offer Infiltration testing services to contribute to this project.

Chicago Police Department

We were pleased to provide our services for the new 12th District Chicago Police Station to be located at S. Stony Island Avenue, in Chicago, Illinois.

Schaumburg Municipal Airport

We were privileged to provide design and testing services for the Airport Hangar Expansion Project commissioned by the Village of Schaumburg, Illinois.

Illinois Institute of Technology

It was our pleasure to have a share in the proposed overhaul of the athletic facilities which serve the campus of IIT, located in Chicago, Illinois.

Chicago Public Schools

The ongoing efforts to overhaul the properties of the Chicago Public Schools has afforded us several opportunities to provide services that contribute to the city's new green conversion initiative.

University of Illinois Medical Center

The proposed new "Mile Square Health Center" will expand the scope and services of the University of Illinois Medical Center on the UIC campus as part of the greater Illinois Medical District of Chicago, Illinois.

The University of Chicago

It was a pleasure to contribute to the "Main Quadrangles Improvement Project" for the central campus located at South University Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.

We also had the pleasure of contributing to the expansion of the University of Chicago Charter School-Woodlawn campus located at 63rd Street and S. Greenwood Avenue in Chicago.

More recently we had the opportunity to contribute testing services to the renovation of the New Graduate Residence Hall located at E. 60th Street, Chicago.

The University of Chicago - The Law School

We were able to contribute our services to the campus improvement project for "The Law School", an extension of The University of Chicago.

The University of Chicago - Medicine

We were happy to provide Infiltration testing services for the parking lot improvement project at Comer Children's Hospital in Chicago.

Kane County Division of Transportation

The proposed expansion of the Arterial Operations Center located in Campton Hills, Illinois, has afforded us the opportunity to provide our septic design services which will serve to benefit the residents of Kane County.

Forest Preserve District of Cook County

We were please to provide soil testing and septic design services for the improvements to both the Schiller Woods restroom addition and the research center renovation at Poplar Creek Wildlife Center.

More recently we were given the opportunity to provide testing and septic design services for the newly acquired Rolling Knolls Golf Course property. The clubhouse is now being renovated into a Welcome Center and Banquet Facility. The property will have several uses open to the public, one of which being Disc Golf.

Forest Preserve District of DuPage County

We were please to provide our services for the expansion of Pratts Wayne Woods in Bartlett, Illinois.

Village of Oak Park

We have had the pleasure of working on several projects throughout the Village of Oak Park, Illinois. These projects include the expansion of the Oak Park Conservatory, the upgrade of Carroll Park, as well as the "Green Alleys" renovation program.

Village of Glenview

We were able to contribute to the "Dewes / Henley / Harlem Utility & Roadway Improvements" project. Among other benefits, this project will provide needed expansion to the stormwater management capabilities of the Village of Glenview, Illinois

Chicago Park District

The athletic field improvements to Amundsen Park in Galewood and Chase Park in the Ravenswood neighborhood, will add to the amenities offered by the Chicago Park District. We were pleased to provide our services for these projects.

Northwestern University - Ryan Field

It was our pleasure to have a share in the planning process of the proposed renovation of the west parking lot of Ryan Field, located at Central Street in Evanston, Illinois.

Oak Brook Park District

The athletic field improvements to Central Park in Oak Brook, Illinois, will add to the amenities offered by the Oak Brook Park District. We were pleased to provide assistance for this project.

Wooded luxury home sites, located in Cary, Illinois.

• East Oaksbury Estates

A tucked-away fine neighborhood of homes located in North Barrington, Illinois.

A gated community of fine homes centered around a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, located in North Barrington, Illinois.
